A day among centuries-old gastronomic traditions and the Ferrari legend, visiting some of the most representative places in Emilia-Romagna.
After departing from Florence, you will reach a dairy where PDO Parmigiano Reggiano is made. You will be able to observe the different stages of production, from transforming the milk to aging the wheels, discovering methods passed down through generations.
At the end of the visit, you will take part in a guided tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, learning to recognise the characteristics of different aging periods.
You will then reach the Ferrari Museum, where you will have time to freely explore the collection of historic cars, racing cars, trophies and installations dedicated to the history of the Prancing Horse.
In the afternoon, you will visit a traditional vinegar cellar, where you will discover the lengthy production process of Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar, from aging in barrels to bottling.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of different types of balsamic vinegar, accompanied by Parmigiano Reggiano and local wine, to understand the differences in age, aromas and intensity of the products.

Departure is scheduled in the morning from Florence, with transport in an air-conditioned vehicle.
The first stop is dedicated to the dairy, with a visit to the production area and a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano.
You will then visit the Ferrari Museum, where you can freely explore the exhibition rooms.
After a free lunch break, you will reach a traditional vinegar cellar for the visit and final tasting before returning to Florence.
